Sausage of natural curing throughout time – in our grandfathers’ age it was cured during winter, on very cold days, in a reed railing or in the granary. It is a delicacy of streaky and tender meat almost free of condiments. It is excellent to degust raw, as an appetiser, a snack or an afternoon light meal.
