“Linguiça” is a pork sausage seasoned mainly with paprika paste, wine, salt, garlic. The seasonings of the traditional ‘vinha d’alhos’ give it a flavour similar to the meat sausage, but lighter.
Available in two versions: normal or spicy.
Ideal for a different snack and of quick preparation. It can be eaten raw, cut into thin slices. It can also be cooked, grilled or baked.
