Chef Chakall says he is passionate about Portugal, its products, its cuisine, its traditions and its people. He can’t resist a good culinary challenge and has therefore accepted to create 24 recipes inspired by the charismatic ‘Festival Internacional de Jardins de Ponte de Lima’ (International Festival of Ponte de Lima Gardens), under the theme “Gardens to Eat” in 2012.
