4 slices of bread (loaf)
50g Meat sausage
2 chopped pickled cucumber
10 sliced pitted green olives
1 very ripe tomato

4 slices of rye bread
100g Laminated gammon
50g sliced pitted black olives
1 ripe tomato
1 garlic clove
Olive oil as needed

4 slices of wholemeal bread (loaf)
50g Smoked belly
50g cottage cheese
1 tsp oregano
Salt, black pepper as needed

4 thinly sliced corn bread slices
1 Onion sausage
1 tbsp cream cheese
4 lettuce leaves


1. Minhofumeiro Meat Sausage Paste Sandwich
Put the Meat Sausage in a blender and chop it finely, add the ripe tomato with no skin and no seeds and mix it very well. Add the coarsely chopped pickled cucumbers and the sliced olives.
Spread the Meat Sausage paste on the bread slices and secure them with a stick.

2. Sliced Gammon and Olive Sandwich
Toast the slices of rye bread, rub them with the clove of garlic and then with the ripe tomato. Arrange the Gammon slices, the olive slices and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

3. Smoked Belly Paste Sandwich
Put the Smoked Belly in a blender and chop finely, mix it gently with fresh cheese and oregano until you get a homogeneous paste. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread the Smoked Belly paste on the bread slices, close the bread and secure it with a stick.

4. Onion Sausage Paste Sandwich
Put a pan with water to boil and dip the Onion Sausage, let it boil again and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest in the water for another 4 minutes. Remove the skin from the Onion Sausage and put it in a blender to chop very thinly. Mix the Onion Sausage stuffing gently with the cream cheese.
Spread the Onion Sausage paste on the cornbread slices, place a lettuce leaf over the paste and form the sandwiches.
