Pizza with olives, green pepper and MEAT CHOURIZO
INGREDIENTS
For the pizza dough:
– 120ml water
– 120ml milk
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 heaped teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 420gr wheat flour (3 cups)
– 20gr fresh yeast
For the sauce:
– 4und. tomatoes
– 2und. cloves garlic
– 8und. leaves basil
– oregano
– salt and pepper
For the topping
– 400gr mozzarella
– 100gr olives
– 1und. green pepper
– 1und. MEAT CHOURIZO
PREPARATION:
Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Dissolve the yeast in the water and slightly warmed milk, add the olive oil. Pour the liquids into a well in the centre of the flour. Knead well for several minutes. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Sauce
Blend all the ingredients, season with the salt and pepper.
Topping
Make small disks of dough, cover with the sauce and mozzarella, top with the olives, pepper and MEAT CHOURIZO. Bake in a pre-heated 200 ºC oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough is crisp.
