Sautéed prawns with Minhofumeiro cured meats
INGREDIENTS:
– 18 prawns 20/30
– 1 chilli
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 lime
– 1 bunch fresh coriander
– 3cl of aguardente
– 1 ONION CHOURIZO
– 30g de SMOKED BACON
PREPARATION:
Finely chop the ONION CHOURIZO and SMOKED BACON and fry inolive oil for 2 minutes, in a non-stick frying pan. Add the chilli and the prawns (seasoned with coarse salt). Add the finely chopped garlic after turning the prawns. Deglaze with aguardente before the garlic can burn. Reduce slightly and finish with finely chopped fresh coriander and the lemon juice. A perfect starter.
