Watermelon soup with Dry-Cured Ham

INGREDIENTS:

– 1kg watermelon
– 5 leaves mint
– 2 slices DRY-CURED HAM
– 100g ice

PREPARATION:

Remove the rind from the watermelon and blend with the ice and mint. Serve this mixture with the slices of DRY-CURED HAM cut in half rolled up, resting on the soup.
